Katie Iovino brings 19 years of HR experience in a wide range of industries from non-profits to healthcare to consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, and hospitality.  An experienced HR Leader within growing organizations, Katie believes the most successful organizations invest early in their HR programs and people strategies.  Most recently, Katie served as the Chief People & Operating Officer at Night Shift Brewing, a popular Massachusetts Craft Brewery & Hospitality outlet that successfully completed a private sale.

Boasting a Generalist background and a philosophy that the strongest and most valuable HR teams offer full employee life-cycle support as opposed to a siloed specialist structure, Katie has experience in all of the HR Centers of Excellence.  From hiring 500 temporary employees in 30 days to staff the COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Fenway Park to redesigning compensation programs post-acquisition, Katie brings relevant, hands-on experience to the table.  With the ability to quickly pivot between strategic initiatives and more tactical projects and deliverables, Katie is able to meet all levels of HR needs.

Katie studied marketing & business at Assumption College as an undergraduate, is PHR and SHRM-CP certified, and is currently studying for the SHRM-SCP certification.  When she’s not helping growing businesses create strong HR programs, she enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, sampling craft beer, cheering on Boston sports teams, and going to concerts…especially 90’s rock concerts.
